[X-Plane] Low FPS on arrival and runway

Hello
Just bought Billund - looks great. Only one thing - really low FPS on arrival (3 nm before) < 30, hamburg ex +40 with addon airport and dense city. I have i9 9900 and RTX 2070, GB 32, so a strong system. In the airpoort and terminal area + 40 FPS. Is it possible to make som optiomaziation around airport?
I have Orto4XP works great together

If you don't watch your FPS during approach, is it your experience that it is "fluid", or are you seeing stutters?

No stutter just Lower fps 25-28 close to airport - but at apron increses fps to 35. Just wondering but very beautiful airport! More xp scenery please from vidan design.
