• The license does not permit SimNord’s models and textures to be republished, sold, distributed or otherwise made available to others, either individually or as part of a new product or package. SimNord owns the copyright to all models and textures. This also applies even if models and textures are modified or changed to other file formats. The license allows models and textures to be installed and used on computers/simulators that are physically located at the company that purchased the license. The license allows you to change and modify models and textures to the extent necessary to meet the company’s needs, but this must be done within the framework of the company that purchased the license.
