Missing Jetways

Hi
I really like the scenery and the first time I used it, arriving in from LHR, it was perfect.
Today I loaded up for return flight and there were no jetways present.
I did a full reinstall but it was the same, no jetways. I also did a full reinstall of SODE and GSX to check if there was something out of date. No change.
I'm using FSX:SE and GSX but no other scenery that should interfere.
Grateful for any ideas.
Jerry

Hi Jerry, have you tried to unregister FSX:SE and then register again in the SODE Platform Manager?

Hi John
Thank you for replying.
No I haven't is the easy answer. But I did uninstall and reinstall SODE so thought that might fix it. But it didn't.

Hi John
Following on from your advice I de-registered and re-registered SODE and it now shows all jetways! A miracle.
Do I need to do this before each flight do you think or is it just an anomaly?

Edit: sorry, I did not see your latest post befor I posted this reply :-)

I have just tested EKBI in FSX with the lateste version of SODE, and the jetways are there and working.

Could you please post your SODE log here (or send it to john@vidandesign.com). The SODE.log can be found here
C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\log

In there you should have a EKBI entry: VidanDesign_EBKI_Stands.xml

Have you tried to go to EKBI and in the menu bar select Add ons > SODE > reload all?

Could this be a GXS related issue? I do not have GSX installed, so I am not able to check

It should only be necessary to do this once
