Detailed scenery of EKCH Copenhagen Airport, Denmark’s main airport and the largest airport in the Nordic countries. This scenery has custom modeled projected mesh (ground polygons), custom modeled animated jetways, detailed building models, and custom aerial imagery. Limitations: Static VDGS, limited interior modeling. This version works best in MSFS 2024 with photogrammetry disabled.
Compatible with: Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 og Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
Installation:
1. Download and unpack simnord_ekch_copenhagen_airport_msfs_v1.0.4.D01.zip to a temporary folder.
2. Make sure that the two files listed below are in the same folder:
simnord_ekch_copenhagen_airport_msfs_v1.0.4.D01
simnord_ekch_copenhagen_airport_msfs_v1.0.4.D01.exe
3. Run simnord_ekch_copenhagen_airport_msfs_v1.0.4.D01.exe to start the installation.

I love it! There is though a lot of space for improvement. There are some glitches here and there and there is a slight lack of detail. It would be nice to see some inprovements on the terminal interior and some static airplanes would be cool as well. For example some parked SAS a330s and 350s at the hangar.

I was a big fan of FLYTAMPAS EKCH in FS2020 and was looking forward to a version compatible with FS2024. Now Simnord has come up with their version that looks nice but is missing a lot and especially the airport surroundings look terrible.

Huge fan of EKCH. it’s my base for my VA, and flying mostly to or from on VATSIM.
This is a wonderful add-on, and I gave it 5 stars, despite I would have given 4 ( to begin with) due to some minor missing details, but still want to motivate Simnord on their great addon . I also do believe (understand?) that it’s a work in progress, and I hope the updates are going to be small, but regular ( release points on taxiways; pax not walking through the roof of the jetways, to begin with? 😉 ) Appart from this, it’s definitely price worthy; well detailed, and more than functional! I’ll be following closely every single step of improvement of this jewel !!!
Keep up the great work you’ve done so far, it’s just beautiful.
