SimNord Shop is based on the WooCommerce platform, a eCommerce plugin for WordPress. WooCommerce and WordPress provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions: You must be over 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. When you place an order (through activation of the “Place order” button on the “Checkout” page), you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you a confirmation e-mail with a download link to the product(s) you have ordered. Only those products listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your email’s spam folder/junk folder tab and see if the email got delivered there instead of in your inbox.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

REFUNDS

Our products are downloadable and as such they are intangible goods and not returnable. We only issues refunds if you purchased the product recently AND if there is genuine evidence of a serious issue with the product, which we are not able to solve. This policy only applies if you have purchased the product via this website (www.simnord.com). If you have purchased the product through another website, the refund policy of that website applies.

COMPLAINTS

SimNord will try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

PRODUCTS

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the products will be corrected.
